PART DAY ABSENCES / MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS ETC

For part day absences or for absences due to an appointment, parents are to complete the following form (click on the blue link here -> )  Appointment Leave of Absence Form

In line with our attendance policy, evidence of appointments may be requested.

We would like to emphasise the importance of minimising disruption to the school day to ensure the best possible learning environment for all children. To achieve this, we kindly request that medical, dental and optician appointments be scheduled outside of school hours whenever possible. This will help to reduce the impact on your child’s learning. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated, as it allows us to maintain a focused and productive educational environment. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Please give the school as much notice as possible for any absences.
