We are delighted and excited that your child will be joining Ravenscote Junior School in September 2026. 

FIRST DAY AT RAVENSCOTE - 07.09.26

On Monday 7th September, please take your child to their classroom on their very first day at Ravenscote. Mrs Wells and Mrs Brookes will be there to welcome the children through the gates between 08.35-08.45.

PTA YEAR 3 PIC N MIX - 11.9.26

After school on Friday 11th September, our wonderful PTA have organised a Picnic and Activities on the school field. Siblings also welcome! All children must be accompanied by a parent.

YEAR 3 COFFEE MORNING - 15.9.26

Year 3 parents are invited to our Coffee Morning at 8.45am on Tuesday 15th September, with Mrs Wells, Mrs Brookes, Mrs Nicholson, Miss Porta-Rios, Miss Wheeler and Mrs Morgan. The PTA will also be there selling second-hand uniform.

The Ravenscote family is looking forward to meeting you and welcoming your child to our school.

FREE SCHOOL MEAL APPLICATIONS

All children from households in receipt of Universal Credit will be entitled to receive a Free School Meal. To check if you are eligible for Free School Meals go to: click here 

There will be two categories of benefits-based Free School Meals as follows:

• Targeted FSM: This will continue to be based on the existing threshold, covering children who are in households in receipt of Universal Credit with annual household earnings of £7,400 or less. In addition to receiving free meals, children eligible for targeted FSM, will attract Pupil Premium and other disadvantage funding for their schools.

• Expanded FSM: This is a new category covering children who do not qualify for targeted FSM, but who are in households receiving Universal Credit. Children eligible for Expanded FSM will be entitled to a free meal only.
