From September 2025 we will be using the online system Arbor for our payments.

Ravenscote is a cashless school and we ask that parents use only our online payment system to pay for school lunches, education visits, residentials, childcare, activities etc. This can be done online using the Arbor Parent Portal or App. Using Arbor allows you to top up your child’s account anywhere, anytime using a credit or debit card.

All parents have been sent the personalised account activation details when your child
started at Ravenscote. If you have activated an account but are unable to locate your
login details or need to request re-issue of the account activation details, please
